K Consulting has experience of several industries. K Consulting is primarily working with larger companies and organizations in the Nordic market.

Project deliveries are always tailored to match the client’s requirements but can often be categorized into three groups: service provider, specialist and line support.

• Service provider means that K Consulting takes on responsibility for a complete project, or a separate well defined subproject.
• Specialist means that K Consulting offers specialists to a client driven project.
• Line support is when K Consulting for a limited time supports the client’s line organization and temporarily fills a resource and/or competence gap.
